Returns

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

- Photos or videos showing the product and, where relevant, the packaging.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.
Refunds
Once your return or refund request has been approved, we will process the applicable refund to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing times.
The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at sdhamzabutt07@gmail.com. Because dropshipping orders may be processed or shipped quickly, cancellation may not always be possible after an order has entered fulfillment.
Return Shipping
Where a return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process and whether return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility or will be covered by Volvent.
